We were on vacation with friends, we haven't seen each other for a long time. The hotel is amazing in everything! Great location with great views. I'm just thrilled with the staff. We purposefully came to relax at the hotel's Spa. Swimming in an open-air pool when white snow is flying at you is amazing. Then go to the hammam or aroma bath to warm up mmmm. Enjoyment. Everything is cozy, clean, bathrobe, towels. We are satisfied. See you soon 🙌

We stayed at this hotel with my son in early February 2024. We were very happy with everything. It is especially pleasant to thank the administration staff, who are patient and smiling, ready to answer any question and help in any situation. Fantastic enjoyment from the spa. Special thanks to the massage therapist Ruslan: in three sessions he relieved me of shoulder pain. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel!

I would like to share my impressions of my vacation (for the second time) at this beautiful Grace Imperial Hotel. Above all praise: polite and attentive staff (just BRAVO!), clean, beautiful, comfortable, delicious. We really like your place, and this is the merit of the staff - guys, thank you so much for this, you make our vacation unforgettable. We promise to return next year. When I went to Sochi, I stayed at this hotel. I decided to opt for it, as I was attracted by the fact that the hotel is located on Krasnaya Polyana and provides guests with a free shuttle service to Krasnaya Polyana and back. I checked into a Standard room without a balcony (1st building). The room is very cozy, I liked the interior. It looks minimalistic, but it has everything you need: comfortable furniture, bathroom with shower, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi, TV and other amenities. I liked the fact that there are a lot of places to go near the hotel. I liked the Galaktika Water Park the most. It is only three kilometers away from the hotel. I managed to have a nice time there.
