Good afternoon. Stayed at your hotel from 14 to 18 March and did not regret it. Everything is on the level. Clean, tasty, polite and helpful staff. Beautiful territory, cozy rooms, a good children's room, the children ran into it with pleasure, as well as into the pool))) only pleasant impressions remained. The hotel team - you are great.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff of the hotel, everyone works just fine !!! Especially the administrator Arthur - he was always ready and happy to help on all issues. The hotel corresponds to its 5 stars, everything is at the highest level: food, housekeeping ,pool,restaurant,comfortable dryers for skis and boots,girls at the reception are always friendly☺️beautiful and well-groomed hotel area.I will definitely come back to you.You are the best !!!

Excellent hotel! Excellent breakfast! Very good bath complex! Cozy room! Nice friendly staff who are always willing to help and advise! I would especially like to mention Artur and Tural, with whom I managed to communicate the most! But the rest of the guys at the reception, the waiters, the guy in the kids room, the cleaners!!! All and all on the level! Keep it up! Thanks to you, the hotel has pleasant notes and aftertaste!

I am resting in the Imperial for the second time, and as always everything is fine! Convenient location, quietness, tranquility! Special thanks to all the staff from the cleaners to the chefs! And of course, to the magnificent Arthur and the beautiful Valentina, thanks for their positive!
