We rested with our daughters in GRACE IMPERIAL during the April holidays of 2023. We stayed at the hotel on the recommendation of friends (thank you very much). We really liked the hotel. Didn't find any cons. Convenient location, gorgeous view of the mountains, beautiful landscape design of the hotel. Breakfast - buffet (a very important topic for me, as my daughters are capricious in food) - varied and delicious dishes, and most importantly until 11 am (you can sleep and not run for breakfast). A wonderful outdoor pool - open in any weather, there were several days of rain - we did not get out of the pool. In the indoor pool were once, the water is refreshing, there are also three types of baths.

My wife and I want to thank the hotel staff for the warm welcome and hospitality. I'll tell you in order: the hotel itself is located in the village. Esto-Sadok, in a very beautiful valley (for example, the Russian Hills ski jump complex was visible from our room) and a 5-minute walk from the main road leading from the sea to the ski resort. In the room, in addition to the usual amenities, there is a coffee machine, ironing board, smart scales. The hotel staff is very friendly and will always help or tell you if something is not clear. Now, in April 2023, we really liked the heated pool, where you can swim a little and get a tan under the local sun, and then return to the more northern regions of Russia)

We rested in early March, I would like to note the well-coordinated work of the hotel staff: they received feedback on all requests. Thanks to the management (Ekaterina and Tural) for doing everything possible for a comfortable stay) Well, I am especially grateful to the attentive Arthur and Valentina - a huge respect. In general, prosperity to your hotel, we will definitely return again!)

Excellent service, very attentive staff, especially at the reception. There is a very large selection for breakfast - cheesecakes, and pancakes, and cereals, and scrambled eggs, and desserts, and breakfast cereals, and salads, and meat, and meat, vegetable, fruit, and cheese cuts. Everyone can find a dish to their liking. The spa is small but comfortable. The pool is heated outside, it's cool to swim even in plus 10. Very soft bathrobes and bed linen.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. We liked everything very much. The chic location of the hotel; the room was very clean and comfortable. We would like to say special thanks to Valentina. We wish there were more employees like her, sensitive, attentive, pleasant, she not only greeted us pleasantly, she also explained , told, spent, in general, like a mom with us 😄🙌.
